Cancellation Policy

                                           FOR GRAZING TABLES, BOARDS & RENTALS

Cancellations must be made by e-mailing chowbyce@gmail.com more than 60 days of your event for a full refund without penalty.

By paying the deposit, the payer acknowledge and agrees that 50% of the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations. 

Please note that once you have booked with us, it means we have reserved time on our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel less than 60 days of your event, you will be subject to 50% from your paid balance.

Boards, Boxes, Cups, Number/Letter orders must be paid in full before preparation. 

Orders are non-refundable.
